Pet Policy

We love pets! We welcome both cats and dogs, but we do restrict certain breeds. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment. All animals must be approved through Pet Screening, a third-party pet screening and management company.

A non-refundable $350 pet fee is applicable for each pet and $25 per month. Pet screening fee of $30 is also required.
